All products and services displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Poised Gentlemen™ brand, the Four Pillars framework, the Poised Method™, the Codex, program materials, and all written and visual content — is the property of Rise to Purpose LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. The Poised Gentlemen Codex is catalogued with the Library of Congress (LCCN 2026934416).

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Program & Institutional Agreements

Program delivery agreements (including but not limited to Project Power, Poised Young Gentlemen, and Poised Pathfinders) are governed by separate signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between Rise to Purpose LLC and the host organization. These Terms do not supersede those agreements.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Program outcomes may vary. Poised Gentlemen content is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise to Purpose LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your privacy is a priority. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect: Contact information (name, email, phone), order information, browsing behavior via analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), and information you submit through forms.

How we use it: To fulfill orders, respond to inquiries, deliver programs, send newsletters (if you opt in), and improve the Site.

Third-party services we use: Shopify (e-commerce), Klaviyo (email), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel (advertising, when active). Each service maintains its own privacy policy.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing david@risetopurpose.org.

13. Children's Privacy

Program enrollment for participants under 18 requires parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside of an active program with signed guardian consent.

14. Shipping & Returns

Domestic shipping: Orders ship from Louisiana within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days.

Order tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Contact david@risetopurpose.org to initiate a return.

Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no return required.

15. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt. Program tuition, cohort seats, and sponsored seats are non-refundable once a cohort has begun; pre-cohort refund requests are honored in full.
