Programs
FOUR PILLARS. THREE PROGRAMS. ONE MISSION.
Build Men. Build Communities.
Every program is built on Integrity, Strength, Emotional Intelligence, and Discipline. Every program produces measurable outcomes. Every program is designed to run inside your school, org, or family — not around it.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Project Power
ADA-Certified · Ages 5–12 · Co-ed
Project Power is the American Diabetes Association's evidence-based wellness curriculum, delivered by a Master Trainer. Eight weeks. Real habits. Measurable behavior change.
Because I'm ADA-certified and school-agnostic, I can bring Project Power into any host organization — no Humana requirement, no gatekeeper. Grant-funded delivery keeps it free-to-host.
Outcomes we track:
- Nutrition literacy pre/post assessment
- Physical activity minutes per week
- Habit consistency across 8 weeks
- Family engagement checkpoints
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Poised Young Gentlemen
Ages 10–13 · Boys · 12 per cohort
The flagship cohort. Twelve weeks. Twelve boys. Twelve sessions built on the Four Pillars — with certified coaching, peer accountability, and a Family Showcase at the finish line.
First delivered at SOAS in Spring 2026. Now expanding across Southeast Louisiana schools, faith communities, and youth organizations.
Session anchors:
- Weekly discipline rituals
- Emotional intelligence prompts
- Peer-led accountability circles
- Family showcase graduation
LEADERSHIP PATHWAY
Poised Pathfinders
Ages 14–17 · Boys · Peer-led + coached
For young men who've moved past foundation — Pathfinders is where they learn to lead. Community service. Peer mentorship. Real projects with real accountability.
Graduates carry forward into mentor certification, community projects, and the Poised Gentlemen brand ecosystem.
Track focus:
- Community service capstones
- Public speaking & presence
- Financial literacy foundations
- Mentor-in-training pathway
